FAQ

You've got questions. We've got answers.

Learn more about Talenize’s talent sourcing and engagement platform.

  • How is Talenize different from a job board?

Simply put, we’re not a resume provider. Aggregate job boards often send resumes from a database using candidate-match algorithms. In human terms, this means that the candidates you receive did not necessarily apply for your job. With Talenize, all of our applicants are direct candidates that actually applied for your position. When you reach out to them, they’ll know who you are and why you’re calling, which accelerates the hiring process.

  • What's the difference between Talenize's fully managed service and a pay per click job board?

Many job boards run on a pay-per-click model meaning that you pay for the number of resumes you receive. This creates two problems: 1) Your candidate quality will go down as they attempt to send you the most “applicants” and 2) You’ll have to spend time adjusting job board spend, optimizing your ads, etc. With a fully managed service, we take care of that whole process. You’ll have a dedicated client engagement representative that will handle the entire talent sourcing process for you to ensure top job ad performance.

  • Where does Talenize advertise my jobs?

We can’t give away all of our secrets, but our proprietary distribution network includes industry-leading boards like ZipRecruiter and Google for Jobs, as well as more niche-focused sites.

  • Can I still use Talenize if I have an ATS?

Of course! Our platform provides a dashboard for our clients to log in and see job performance analytics and applicant data, but all candidate information will be sent to both the recruiter and their ATS as well.

  • What type of industries do you source for?

We source for a wide variety of high-volume industries in everything from technology and healthcare to manufacturing and transportation.
